Some large items,oversized (Over 42"), heavy (Over 25lbs), may not qualify for shipping and can only be purchased for Will Call/Pick Up only. Some of these items include Engines, Transmissions, Radiators, Condensers, Glass, Large collision items, such as bumpers, sheet metal, air bags, and other items that may be cumbersome or may be damaged easily.
We do not ship Air Bags or fluids.
PayPal is the only form of payment we accept. We will only ship orders to the verified PayPal address.

· Shipping and handling charges are based on the size, weight and number of packages for your order and the distance from our zip code of 44312 these charges are an ESTIMATE and additional charges may apply. If additional charges are required you will be emailed a agreement at which time you can approve or cancel the order
· Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incure addition shipping charges. You will receive an Email with additional costs before order is processed
· USPS orders are at the sole risk of the customer and are not guaranteed for delivery by ParkAcuraOEMParts.com
· E-mail or phone us for a shipping quote before ordering oversized items or items that are heavy in weight,some items may be too large to ship and are pick up items only. These items will require additional shipping and handling charges. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped along with the complete “ship to” address. These details are necessary to give you an accurate quote for shipping costs.
· All orders require a valid home or business address. Shipping to P.O. boxes,APO or FPO is not permissible.
· You can expect your order from 5-7 business days after it is ordered depending on the distance from our store. Most in-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. Items not in-stock (special order) will be disclosed at time of ordering. Items not in-stock will ship as soon as they become available.
· To expedite the processing of special order parts, please contact us and we will notify you of any additional charges.
· ***Please inspect your package upon receipt.***
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
If your order has damage or is missing components, please notify us within 48 hours. Any notifications beyond 48 hours will be denied. Report any visible damage to the carrier or decline the package if substantial damage is done to the package or its’ contents.
